Katie has a new baby bunny. I can’t spell or pronounce its name, but I know its the Hebrew word for “man-slayer” (or some equivalent). Just look at those SHARP POINTY TEETH!!!

Two new schemes have been added - dork (a.k.a. plaid’s revenge) and red. The icons on the right haven’t been finalized yet, but give ‘em a try! The patterns used in both themes come from squidfingers.
Consumer Reports has released their latest findings on top computer companies.
Mostly by way of Zeldman’s Daily Report:
Not up on your color theory? No problem, kohaistyle.com’s QuickColor makes it easy. Methinks we’ll be using this for home decorating assistance.
If you’ve got the palette set, Color Blender gives you the power to fine-tune that palette.
Add a some style to your photos with the Amelie Effect Action. Speaking of photos, get your grubby paws on some royalty free stock photos at PhotoCase.de and iStockPhoto.

Most of the re-design work on the photo section has finished up, so it fits with the rest of the site. For the geeks out there, I only have one request - don’t view the source (yech).

Kyle and I did something today that we didn’t imagine would happen for at least another couple months. We made an offer on a house. For several months now we have been looking at approximately 5 houses a week and becoming more discouraged as every week passed. Then magically this week we found a house that we both love! We went through the house for the second time today and placed a bid on it. Here’s some info on the house and some pictures if you are interested.
As posted in my blog entry iPoo, Microsoft UK originally announced they were working on installing MSN in port-a-johns. Then Microsoft headquarters issued a statement that the original story was a hoax, a one-month-late April Fool’s joke. Uh huh. Well, we all know how well Microsoft hits its release dates.
Now, one day later, the story changes again. Apparently it was a legit UK project, canned by headquarters here in the US after the (expected and perfectly logical) response to the original announcement. My favorite bits in the News.com article covering this PR disaster are the quotes from Russ Cooper at the end of the article. Especially the one about Bob [link 2 and link 3]. What were they thinking?!?
