Well folks, Calvin over at Site Slumber is the newest HTML Developer over at Zondervan. Stop by his site and drop him a line. Word has it that he’ll be a Senior HTML Developer before long, probably annoying everyone else by blathering on about CSS, XHTML, standard-compliant design and other junk ;-)

    Actually, he did get the job. That's the point of the post. The job posting was for a Senior HTML Developer, but upon hiring Calvin, they changed the job title to HTML Developer, while laying out a career development plan for him that would eventually result in "Senior" being re-attached to the title. Personally, I think he's got the skillz already. But you gotta do the time.
