A parting word: as noted in the Wall Street Journal, trademarks (well, any kind of intellectual property law) are tricky business. A company that knows of infringement and does nothing loses any rights to protection. Companies have the right to defend their intellectual property, but for crying out loud, use some common sense. At least have the decency to send a cease and desist letter.
