For my photographer friends and family–it looks like someone’s stitched together a “1 gigapixel photo of Bryce Canyon”:http://www.tawbaware.com/maxlyons/gigapixel.htm. The subject matter is beautiful in and of itself, and the quality of the photo is extremely impressive. I love the comparison he uses; the miniscule hiker at a distant overlook. The hiker is completely obscured in the 6 megapixel photo (currently the typical resolution for a professional level digital camera). Enjoy!
