		<description>Ultimately I think American coders can compete with foreign coders.  The biggest problem facing us is convincing executive types that we present a better long-term ROI.  It&#039;s much the same battle as getting  executives to buy into QA/QC efforts.  Shoddy code, or code written by offshore programmers (not necessarily shoddy, but often you get what you pay for) may be cheap and quick, but you&#039;ll pay over and over again in the amount of support and re-work needed.</description>

		<description>lol. As a coder I take exception to that remark. However I am opposed to &quot;protections&quot; for any industry in America. if we have to lower our prices and standard of living to compete so be it. In the long run that&#039;s better anyway. It combats inflation</description>
