How cool is this? Apparently a movie version of the classic “Get Smart” TV show is in the works. Steve Carrell is the perfect pick as Maxwell Smart, and I like Anne Hathaway and Alan Arkin as Agent 99 and The Chief (respectively). There’s a trailer after the jump.

why is it people today can NOT come up with a Great Comedy?? Get Smart is one Of My favorites,like Red skeleton ,honeymooners,Laugh IN,UnderDog..Come on People DO BETTER or run the RERUNs and PAY the WRITERS..:)Because there are NO more Writers like inth 50’s and 60’s,or Producers or Actors..:) It Hurts doesn’t IT..EVERYTHING IS A REMAKE>>??? WHY???less talent? not enough need for Quality..??
